Brown butter roasted pecans

 

This recipe was developed for Tin Star Foods.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw, unsalted pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. Tin Star Foods brown butter
  • Coarse sea salt, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400º. Add pecans to mixing bowl with brown butter and stir until evenly coated. Line a baking sheet with parchment and spread the pecans evenly on the tray in a single layer. Roast for 6–8 minutes or until golden brown then remove from the oven and let cool. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and serve.
